Seahorse & Starfish
A woman walking along a beach realises that it is covered in tiny starfish washed up by the tide. In the distance, a young girl is standing on the sand throwing the starfish back into the sea. When the woman reaches the girl, she says to her…
“What's the point in throwing them back in, there are too many to make a difference?"
The girl looks at the starfish in her hand and as she tosses it into the ocean replies…
“I can make a difference to this one.”

'Seahorse & Starfish' was inspired by the ‘Starfish Story,’ and also reflects the therapeutic nature of the sea and my love of horses. Both have always had a powerfully restorative and healing effect on my well-being, in a similar way to neurofeedback therapy and reflexology. I am passionate about helping people to achieve better physical and mental health. The body keeps the score!
