The Full Story

I trained at the London School of Reflexology, Regent’s University with Louise Keet; author of the Reflexology Bible, achieving my ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology as well as a CPD in Spinal Reflexology. My ITEC and VTCT accredited Bergman Method Facial Reflexology certificate, training with Ziggie Bergman, is the highest level of training for reflexology on the face and I also hold a certificate in Understanding Autism.

In 2001, I moved to London from Australia to work in events and then a think tank to improve financial services. My family moved to the beautiful borders of Surrey, Hampshire & West Sussex in 2020 so that one of our two boys could realise his full autistic, ADHD, dyslexic and dyspraxic potential, at More House School.

I am a grateful member of Al-Anon,  love to ride my neighbour's horse Bambi and walk our busy Springer Spaniels; Biscuit and Waffles, in the South Downs. ​
